Brent and Brooke are some of the nicest people I have ever met. I feel like I’ve known Brooke for a long time…her personality rocks…and her laugh, even better. They had a very intimate ceremony at her parent’s home on a Friday night, and then a reception with friends and family the following night. Rain came on both days, and tried to ruin the reception area, but with hard work and sweat, they were able to save it..and it was perfect. Try not to fall in love with these two….

Austin and Caroline had such a memorable wedding day. There were so many gorgeous, colorful details through the day, but what stuck out the most to me was the worship. Their ceremony consisted of awesome praise music, washing of feet, and a wonderful message. Austin and Caroline’s love for God and each other was refreshing….and so was the rain that visited during the ceremony! The weather was all over the place, from sunny, to windy and dreary, to sprinkling, to pouring rain (there was even a tornado not too far away!), but it was perfect. I’m so excited to see how God uses them as they move to a new country in the near future as missionaries.
I have to give props to all of the wonderful vendors that worked so hard to make this day amazing!

Jacob and Kasie are seriously sweet….I know I say that about all of the couples I photograph, but really, I do have wonderful clients! Their wedding day was pretty perfect, great weather (a bit toasty, but everyone survived), and love…what more could you ask for?!

The girls were looking pretty, while the boys were waving to the video drone…typical, lol.
My cousin Scott got married last month in Pennsylvania to a beautiful woman, who I now call cousin too! Jen has an infectious smile and bright eyes, she’s wonderful to be around and I’m so pumped she is now part of my family. It was fun having my entire family at a wedding for once, it was nice to look over and see my kids dancing and eating ice cream (yes, they had ice cream at the reception…yummo) The wedding day was a hot one, but everyone was a trooper. They said their vows on a farm over looking some rolling hills and pastures and then headed across the drive to a lovely barn to have fun with their guests for the rest of the night.
I want to give my mom, Linda, a shout out for the awesome job she did on the flowers…yep, all of the flowers you see at the reception too! (and she had her posse with her to help her as well…Aunt Janet and my cousin Katie!)
Matt and Melissa are two of the sweetest, kindest, and loving people ever. Their family and bridal party were so helpful and gracious as well! The sun was out while Melissa was getting ready, but we knew the rain was coming…so on to plan B…go to Ceruti’s and take pictures under their driveway awning! We all managed to stay dry and get some beautiful images…their ceremony was beautiful….and the reception was a blast!!
